Gabbi Campbell

Gabbi Campbell is an accomplished finance and operations professional with a deep passion for social justice and empowering vulnerable populations. She currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at The Landing, where she leads the organization’s financial and operational strategy in support of survivors of human trafficking in Houston and the surrounding areas. In this role, she oversees key functions including finance, HR, IT, and facilities, working closely with the CEO, CPO, staff, and board to ensure organizational effectiveness and mission alignment.

Prior to becoming COO, Gabbi served as The Landing’s Director of Operations, where she helped strengthen internal systems and implement structures that support sustainable growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in ensuring the organization’s infrastructure remains strong and responsive to the evolving needs of both clients and staff.

Gabbi’s professional journey is grounded in a commitment to service. Before entering the nonprofit sector, she spent several years teaching in underserved Title 1 schools, designing differentiated instruction to meet a wide range of student needs. She also brings years of experience in early childhood program administration and finance, having held roles in bookkeeping, HR, and operations in both educational and corporate settings.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Childhood Studies from CUNY City College of New York. Gabbi’s work is driven by a deep commitment to equity and access. Whether in the classroom or the operations office, she is dedicated to building systems that uplift communities and create space for healing and hope.
