
Ashley Pryor serves as the Chief Programs Officer at The Landing, bringing over 15 years of experience in program management and workforce development, with a strong emphasis on nonprofit leadership within residential settings. Her career has been dedicated to supporting displaced men, women, and children—particularly those navigating dual diagnoses, substance use disorders, domestic violence, and/or sexual assault.
With a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Clark Atlanta University, Ashley has held key leadership roles at several prominent organizations, including the Houston Area Women’s Center, SER Jobs for Progress, The Women’s Home, and SHIFA Women’s Center. Her expertise lies in designing and scaling trauma-informed programs that promote safety, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency for vulnerable populations.
In her current role at The Landing, Ashley oversees the development and implementation of client-centered programs, ensuring they are responsive to the complex needs of survivors and rooted in best practices.
